I got a request from DarlanSparda about an outfit a bit similar to this one, this is as close as I could get 
It reminds me of a school uniform so I call it AliceSchoolGirl.
The body is Duke Nukem Forever - Holsom Twin (Blue) by Ventrue ( I changed the colour of the skin and some of the clothes), the head is from AliceMadnessReturn Default by o0Crofty0o, the hair is also by o0Crofty0o.
